CMU Account

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://account.cmu.ac.th and login.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Choose the 'reset password' option from the menu.
4. Fill in your current password.
5. Create a new password that is 8-32 characters long and contains English uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (! ? $ % ^ * ( ) _ - = { [ } ] : ; @ ~ # | , .).
6. Try logging in with your new password."

1. The CMU Account step will be included in the new student registration process for undergraduate students.

2. If you are a master's or doctoral student and have successfully completed the new student registration process, the registration office will send you a link to activate your CMU Account on your own.

To update your personal information on CMU Account, follow these steps:

1. Login to https://account.cmu.ac.th.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Choose the 'update information' option.
4. Edit your information as needed.
5. Save your changes."

If you have forgotten your CMU Account name or password, follow these steps to recover it:

1. Go to https://account.cmu.ac.th/.
2. Select the 'forget account name or password' option.
3. Select your CMU Account type: student or employee.
4. Select the type of recovery you need (Account Name or Password).
5. The system will send a recovery link to your email.
6. Check your recovery email and click on the link provided.
7. Create a new password that is 8-32 characters long and contains English uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (! ? $ % ^ * ( ) _ - = { [ } ] : ; @ ~ # | , .).
8. Save your new password.
9. Try logging in with your new password."
