The CMU Account, an identification key for accessing the University IT services
The CMU Account for students and staff, with the username @cmu.ac.th and password, is an important key to accessing various Chiang Mai University IT services that support teaching and learning, as well as facilitate a better experience within the Chiang Mai campus.
New students can obtain your CMU Account by following:
1. The CMU Account step will be included in the new student registration process for undergraduate students.
2. If you are a master's or doctoral student and have successfully completed the new student registration process, the registration office will send you a link to activate your CMU Account on your own.
New employees can obtain your CMU Account by following:
1. The HR faculty/department will inform the new employee about the required CMU Account documentation needed to obtain an IT account registration card. After receiving the IT account registration card, the new employee can create their CMU Account by themselves via the online system.
2. The new employee can apply for the CMU Account by showing an ID card for identity verification at the One Stop Services, located on the 1st floor of the Office of Information Technology Service.
